The palate is soft and smooth with a creamy undertone from the partial barrel fermentation. Vibrant and fresh with lovely citrus and floral notes on the nose while the palate is crisp yet rounded with a long minerally textured finish.
Production Notes
12.5% Barrel fermentation left on lees for 2 months. 12.5% was fermented on full skins for 10 days.
